The retail shop owner who doesn't want to open on Sunday doesn't have to locate his shop in a mall which requires stores to open on Sunday. That is what is called freedom.... If a mall owners is able to find tenants who are willing to be open 7 days per week, 24 hr. per day, more power to them.
