Are you talking about something like the army uses (night-scopes)?  If so,
how much money do you wish to spend?  Those things are EXPENSIVE!  The
Sheriff's dept. has an IR viewer they use at night from their helecopter.
Are you talking about something like goggles?  Or an actual CRT?
