Will I get AIDS if while traveling in Africa I have an accident, get
taken to a hospital, and get a blood transfusion?  50/50 chance?  If so
then I suppose many people would be scared to go as tourists on their
own there.  I am thinking of Africa south of the Sahara and north of
(ugh) South Africa.  Sorry if this posting is in bad taste, etc.
