Lines: 13 Approved: military@att.att.com From: Frank Dunn In the case of the M1 A1 the GAO report I saw in the early 80's noted some concern over the volume of hot air the tank put out whilst stationary. I take the point about diesels tho' in relation toa gas turbine the volume of hot air and thus the size of the signature makes the diesel a much smaller source.
