Lauren,  I know what you mean!

I keep leaving this list and coming back, thinking I am sure the fighting
has stopped by now, and people are having up-lifting discussions!  But
what do I see, same old people, same old grudges.  This list does have a
very negative side, but once in awhile you see something like Elisabeth
Stevens posting, and it makes you feel alittle more positive.

I have found a way to eliminate some of the negative impact of the list,
look at the userid of the person it is coming from, browse the note, then
either read for enlightenment or purge for peace of mind.  Usually, you can
tell by reading the first few lines of the note and know it is not going to be
an enlightening experience.
