Well, I can tell you this - its from one of the older messages from here
this is supposed to work
make a file containing this
        OPEN lampwick.berkeley.edu
        CD /pub
        BINARY
        GET nh30exe.zip
        GET nh30sup.zip
        GET README

and then send it to BITFTP@PUCC or if you have ftp access just ftp
straigt to lampwick.berkeley.edu, the
bitftp does work, but I got the files back in netdata format, and now
I don't know what I'm doing wrong here, when i receive them, and then
download them, they turn into trash at somepoint...

Any one know what I'm doing wrong??
