Return-Path: psyhar@unix.cc.emory.edu I have a 286 clone with 4 megs of memory. Has been running with netware 2.15c for several months. REcently, we added the mac vaps. For several weeks, the vaps for ethertalk and appletalk have been running fine(using ne2000 and nl1000 respectively). However, yesterday, we added the print services by connecting a single laserwriter to the appletalk segment and by added the print services vap to the server. All was well until today when we got the following error message: Abend: General Protection Interrupt-Runnins process MUXPRC. If we reboot with the vaps installed-get same or similar message within minutes. Loading netware without vaps gives no error messages. Anyone got ideas about what the problem is? Our book suggests that we either have a hardware(memory) error or a trashed copy of netware. I think the vaps are responsible but don't know what to do about it. One other fact. We also are running the lanspool vap in the server. Haven't tried running mac vaps without lanspool. Could that be the problem? Thanks for the help.
