The user provides the information, in this case a patron ID number, and the system does the rest. The system constructs an "ILL form" with the following basic elements: originating terminal, patron ID number, author, title, copy/volume, internal library location, date due, and patron name and address. This "ILL form" (or charge slip) prints on a designated terminal at the library that owns the requested material.
