I have an opportunity to purchase a new Uniden Regency R-4020 at a very good
price ($155 ).  I want it to listen to crews at Stock car races.  Is this a
good scanner?  Can I get a better one at a lower price?

If anyone has any experience with this scanner I would appreciatte your input.
