I have been looking at different neural-networks for adaptive
estimation and have found the ART2-concept interesting. Before I
start experimenting with ART2 I would like to know if there is
anybody out there with experience on the application of ART2 
and if so I would appreciate if you could send me some lines
about it (please use e-mail address einar@tellus.unik.no , if this
doesn't work try soerheim@balboa.beng.uci.edu) . References to
papers are also highly welcomed.
