Francis Borceux from Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium) has written a diagram macro
package with a lot of possibilities.

We have it available for FTP and mail access:

FTP praxis.cs.ruu.nl [131.211.80.6], files TEX/diagram.tex, TEX/diagramdoc.tex

mail: send the following message to mail-server@cs.ruu.nl:

send diagram.tex
send diagramdoc.tex
end

You might need to precede this with a line:
path domain.ized.adress

I don't know if it is available in the USA.
