Does anyone know of (cheap or better, free) source code for linear /
integer programming routines, preferably in C? I just want routines,
rather than a stand-alone program (e.g. LINDO), so that I can pass
arrays rather than having to create nicely formatted input such as

max x + 2y
st
x <= 6

etc
