I'm not sure this is the correct place to post, but...

I've noticed that on many of the systems here sunning SunOS 4.0.3 using
sunview/suntools that eventually the first window or icon displayed on
the screem, taken from the .suntools files, will have the color information
for the frame border ignored.  Has anyone else seen this, is there a fix,
and is this the correct place to ask this?
