SVID Issue 3 contains the following errors:

assert(BA_ENV):	For conformance to ANSI X3.159, the definition of the
		assert() macro must not contain a blank before the `0'.
		(Yes, this is subtle.)

		Under SEE ALSO, the reference should be to BA_LIB, not
		SD_LIB.

assert(BA_LIB):	This is mislabeled BA_OS.

As I find additional errors I'll post them.
