Thank you for all your replies. One person suggested a company called
Anixter Bros. which in fact has a outlet here in NYC. I contacted them
and they were able to sell me the parts in question.

For everyone's future reference, when I contacted BICC, they informed me
that they do NOT deal directly with customers (they distribute through
outfits like Anixter Bros.).
