	Hello world. I am in need of the CCITT "V." modem standards 
documents. I have been informed by a company by the name of Global
Engineering that these documents are not available yet. How do modem
manufacturers get these documents or atleast partial ones. Are there
any modem manufacturers out there that can send me these documents?

	I have been placed on a government comittee to recomend
modem standards for nation wide Emergency Operation Centers. We are
also creating lists of preferred hardware. If any modem manufacturers 
out there are reading this please send me a list of your modems and
technical specs if you would like to be considered for this list.
