I KNOW that. I know the Captain personally and have long known about High Rise Joe. My comments were a response to Andrei's mention of someone who had been in Moscow, done time in jail, and used a "special sound generator". That fits Capt'n Crunch; I was unaware that High Rise Joe had been in Moscow. Thanks for all the cards and letters, but I'm not that far out of it, yet! Sorry if my mention was ambiguous.
