The telcos complain that the COCOTs naturally take the "good" locations. Again, I am not anti-COCOT or pro-telco, even though I am the guy who calls the PUC and gets them removed. Oh, and another thing about removal. It doesn't happen without warning. The COCOT owner gets a letter explaining the problem, and is given time to correct it. Tad Cook tad@ssc.UUCP
