Has anyone yet added appointment and resource scheduling that works
across a network to cal.el?  It would make it ever so much more useful
in a large organization.

The need for multi-user appointment diaries and meeting room appointment
diaries couples with routines for reasonable scheduling is acute in many
organizations yet few if any have any usable system.  It's a tough
problem but would give Emacs a big boost in many companies and would
make a great undergrad or Masters thesis project.

I hope someone gets encouraged.
