From the HP 7475A Graphics Plotter Manual:

PS  The Paper Size Instruction

    PS  paper size;

    Purpose:	Can be used to toggle between A and B, or A3 and A4 paper sizes.

    Parameters:	0-3 or 4-127; 0-3 selects either B or A3 size paper; 4-127
		selects A or A4 size paper.
