Our machine hadn't recieved Chris Torek's posting which explains the context
in which 'float arrf[3];something=&arrf;' makes sense, when I made my ':-0'
posting.

Thanks for the explanation, Chris.  I apologise to Michael, Gary and Chris
for any misunderstandings.  I promise to order my own copy of the standard.
