Let me if you need the number (I don't have it I have the Motorola docs I got from you, as well my NMI board came with a MC68HC11 Data book (doc # MC68HC11A8/D) and an HC11 programming reference guide ( doc # MC68HC11A8RG/AD ). I have also borowed some notes from a fellow that took the 68HC11 assembly language programming course that is offered by the Instrumentation and Process Control Group at BCIT. My Newmicros board NMIX-022 is a Rev 2.1 board that supports onboard battery backup for the CMOS ram. The verison of Forth is MAX Forth 3.3. I was a little disapointed on my first trial inspection of the Forth system.... After reseting the terminal input buffer and dictionary pointer to use external ram I decided to try some defintions. For some reason while browsing the manual I noticed it included both CREATE and @ ; 1111 CONSTANT JUNK Guess what.... It doesn't work! Closer inspection of the word descriptions indicates that and in the description of CREATE there is no mention of DOES> . The above definition does work if the CREATE is replaced by as you can in Forth 83. --- * QDeLuxe 1.01 #260s NET/Mail : British Columbia Forth Board - Burnaby BC - (604)434-5886 ----- This message came from GEnie via willett through a semi-automated program.
