INcidentally, I not ten minutes ago reread that article on protected mode GP faults, and frankly the mention of UR/Forth in that article is minimal to say the least. So I still maintain that as a _forth_ issue, the real time/embedded systems issue of DDJ leaves a lot to be desired. Yes, it does have Martin Tracy's article on ZEN, but essentially nothing else. A far cry from a couple of years ago. It's a shame. I think forth is wonderful.
