Frank, why are you against a tiered membership system?  A problem we have with
lowering the rates is that Forth Dimensions costs over $25/year at the current
quantities.  This leaves us two choices, cut the quality so we can lower the
costs or increase the quantities so the costs are lower.  Personally, I prefer
the latter.  The alternative is going back to the zeroxed issues of 4D.
