(Apperently, either Prime or HP is violating some timing spec. I suspect both are.) As with any other printer, it does wear out, and has minor quirks. (One side faded at low humidity.) Don't forget to include the drum that needs replaced every million pages in figuring print costs. They arn't high duty cycle printers, plan on less than 100,000 pages/month.
