We are currently using elm 2.2 PL0 with some success; our needs
are not demanding and the software seems fairly solid.  I notice
that incoming mail shows patch levels of 10 to 14.  The question
is: am I missing something by not applying these patches?  Are
the benefits likely to exceed the effort in updating my current
software?
