Is it possible to remove the following line from elm mail headers?:

X-Mailer:  ELM[version...]

Also, when I reply (r), group reply (g), or forward (f) a message
to a user, say FooB, the to line says:

To: foob (foob)

I always choose headers (h) and go in and edit the to line to just be:

To:  foob

Is there a way to have elm automatically do this?
