The .ZIP files for UUPC/extended 1.07g are now available from
clutx.clarkson.edu via anonymous ftp.  The files reside in directory
pub/uupc, and include the original version of the files available on
kendra herself.  I have changed the makefile since then, but unless you
are creating your own .ARC file for distribution (WHY?), it doesn't
matter.

Thanks to Jim Miller of University Computer Services at Bowling Green
State University for loading the clutx files for me.
