In addition the package should be able to record details of calls and contact dates so as to ensure different salesmen do not contact the same client within a short time scale. I have already located two packages, namely Tracker and ACT!, but I would like to evaluate more if they are available. If anyone has experience of using such packages then I would be grateful for any advice or recommendations in this area. Would I be better off using a simple database tailored to my needs or are the dedicated packages a better solution? The system will be used by more than one salesman but I do not envisage a multi-user or networked solution at this stage since my sales force is fairly small. Thanks, Richard
