		X International Conference in Computer Science,
		Santiago de Chile, July 23-27, 1990.


The X International Conference of the Chilean Computer Science Society,
SCCC, will be held in Santiago de Chile from July 23 to 27, 1990.

Papers presenting original research in Computer Science are being sought.
Typical, but not exclusive, topics include:

- Computer Algebra
- Computer Architecture
- Computer Graphics
- Data Base Systems
- Data Communications
- Data Security and Cryptography
- Data Structures
- Distributed Systems
- Human-Computer Interaction
- Languages
- Logic
- Office Automation
- Performance Evaluation
- Software Engineering

Authors should send ten copies of a detailed abstract, of at most ten
double-spaced typed pages, by March 20, 1990, to the Program Committee

Abstracts may be written in English, Spanish or Portuguese, although
English is recommended. Authors will be notified of acceptance or
rejection by May 1, 1990. The program committee will select papers
to be presented in two categories: Technical Presentations, which
will be published in full in the proceedings, and Short Communications,
whose abstracts will be published separately.

The full version of a paper accepted for the technical presentations
category must be written in English. Papers accepted as short
communications may be written in English, Spanish or Portuguese.
In both cases, the full version (camera-ready) will be due by
June 1, 1990.
