Does anyone have any information about the Sharp PC-900 Optocoupler
described in the MIDI 1.0 specs? anyplace to buy this IC? How about
info on using the HP 6N138 instead (the specs say it can be used "with
appropriate modifications" - whatever they are)?

I'm trying to build a simple RS-232 (running at 31.25bps) to MIDI converter.
