Rumour has it that the source used to be fairly freely available, but is no longer so, outside the USA at least, due to government restrictions. Another rumour is that the a commercial source licence is now available through a company (Mt Xinu?). Is all this true? Are there any other (relevant) facts that I don`t know? Simon Ritchie
