Looking over my 1.5.0 upgrade files, I see I have no copies
of parts 49 or 70.  Were these skipped, or should I go searching
for them?

Also, I found that there was a binary of the sh program in
part 67.  I got it out with head and tail - something like
"rm -f x; head -33 150-67 >x; tail +276 150-67 >>x".
"head -33 150-67 >150-67a; tail +276 150-67 >>150-67a".
