For DOS, somebody wrote a program called KBDLESC which would
swap the CONTROL and CAPS LOCK keys on the IBM Brain-Dead
Extended Keyboard as well as the '`' (tilde) and the ESCAPE
keys. Does anybody out there have a program for OS/2 that will
do this or know an easy way to get this accomplished.
