Could someone suggest a cheap dumb card? For example, I have heard of the 2681 octal uart. Is there a company that puts this on a PC card? Or maybe one of those new ASICs, but I don't want to pay for a lot of software that I won't use. Just looking for something cheap with a little buffering and/or hardware handshaking. Thanks alot! -- A. Lester Buck buck@siswat.lonestar.org ...!texbell!moray!siswat!buck
