Try Daystar Digital.  They make a Micro Channel Localtalk for PS/2
computers.  For AT class machines, Apple, Tops and (I think) Daystar
all make localtalk cards. Finally, if you want to do Appletalk protocols
over Ethernet or Token Ring, it is suggested that you use Apple's
Appleshare PC 2.0 software, and either 3-COM's ethernet board,
or IBM's Token Ring board.
