NIST has been developing implementation specifications for goverment
procurement. Regarding to protocols, I am hearing three names for it.
Are they all the same? Or any differencies?

Further, any one tell me the functions(protocol name such as MHS,FTAM) of
GOSIP Version 1 and Version 2. And when they are announced ? When procurements
start based on them ?
