I have a list of internet hosts which I would like to group
geographically or logically by regional network.  I.e. umich.edu and
ohio-state.edu hosts would be grouped together (CICnet), uky.edu and
gatech.edu (Suranet), etc.  I suppose this would actually be done
according to IP addresses.
