Absolutely! Everyone should be encouraged to register SNMP products and
everything else related to TCP/IP products there.  In running NYSERNet and now
CAPNet we send the vendors guide to every new Internet site the joins
the networks as a reference document for determining their options.

In Consumer Union nomenclature, I would denote The Guide as "Best Buy".
