I am looking for some c sources that implement various
printer utilities. ie.:
	- is the printer on/off
	- is there any paper in the printer
	etc.
I would also like to get any routines that could ensure that
I don't overflow the printer's buffer (losing data) but
could pause until the buffer has room.

The particular printer that my program will be used on is:
	IBM QuietWriter (not sure if its II or III)
	IBM Proprinter (as a printer of last resort)

Please e-mail any source code or suggestions of where I could
find this information - I don't read the News too often.
