I appear to have stumbled across a bug in the latest ARP release.

The command "Version ?" followed by "arp.library" after the prompt 
"Name,VERSION,REVISION,UNIT,LIB/s:" produces an alert, "ARP WARNING! A
program didn't free it's resources!".  After recovering, you get the
expected message "arp.library version 39.1".

If someone would drop this where Charlie Heath will see it, that would
be appreciated.
