RE concerns about new KS1.4 and future OS releases (with BUGS) in ROM,
RE Broken software, Expensive ROMS

If I remember correctly, there were programs that allowed an A1000 running
KS 1.2 to load up 1.1 into RAM and use it instead.

Shortly after this, there was another program to allow an A2000 to load KS 1.1
into RAM as well.   Some people were successful in getting broken programs
to run using this method.

It seems to me that as long as users have lots of ram, and KS is supplied on
a disk, this should be a solution for the many programs that will break.
Could someone else please verify this?
