There does NOT have to be a new IFF format . NON-BB Amigas will see a
perfectly normal 640x400 IFF with some funny colors on it so there is NO
incompatoibility.

BUT , for the sake of consistensy , I am hoping to impliment a new IFF chunk
type to support the board when I get one.
