As I have said before, Creative Microsystems, Inc. (CMI) has
discontinued operation.  The product line will continue to be marketed
and manufactured a long with new products by digiFeX:

I used to work for CMI, but I have just started for digiFeX.  We are having
trouble at the moment with the FAX . . . I'm not sure when we'll get it fixed.

digiFeX can't honor CMI's warranties, but we will answer questions, and
will upgrade people who to newer versions at our cost.  There were some
customer returns at CMI when they folded.  We have those, and we will be
going though them and contacting people.  If you are one of those people
you may want to call though.
