He showed me a note Brad Fowles included with the docs that says that Brad is working on a 68030 daughterboard for LUCAS that will also fix some of the existing LUCAS flaws such as the U9 problem. I thought this was pretty good news, although I suspect that an entirely new, revised LUCAS board designed specifically for the 68030 would not cost too much more and has the potential to fix more flaws and work better overall than a daughter- board in the existing LUCAS. How do all you LUCAS owners feel about this? Brad is expecting to have the boards ready to ship this spring. By the way, these docs indicated that Brad has shipped over 1000 LUCAS boards! Also by the way - Has anyone tried to run the SpaceAce Demo (or RasterMagic) on their LUCAS? I don't think that is the way Don Bluth intended for the graphics to look... -- Fred Hamilton Any views, comments, or ideas expressed here Harris Semiconductor are entirely my own. Even good ones.
