The only problem is that NewTek will probably come out with a box that is sufficiently different as to not be a patent infringment. Or incorporate Black Belts HAME ideas into their video toaster (now we can wait another year for it). And since NewTek already has a reputation for graphics, digitizing, and has several products out in the market that they can make to work with their box, they are probably going to steal Black Belts market share.
