     My A1000 runs just fine with a 2-meg expansion board, a Wedge
hard disk interface, an A1010 3 1/2-inch external drive, an A-Max
(complete with a Cutting Edge Mac-compatible drive), and an A1020
5 1/4-inch external drive (which probably doesn't count because
it's self-powered).

     Either the power supply is adequate or I'm just lucky.
