	I'm completely uninterested in such a thing.  I stopped buying games 
a while ago, for the most part, and I won't buy applications unless I'm
sure they'll run on my system, which is already non-standard.  Any apps I've
already got will almost certainly get upgraded if they break under 1.4.
And a widespread 1.2 fallback ability will just encourage developers not to 
write under 1.4.
