A lot will change with the release of 1.4, but a lot won't. The new libs and devs manual has a good deal of up-to-date information that is not available elsewhere, and (if you follow the rules) code developed under 1.3 should run under 1.4. You do have to be careful not to assume things (like the size of the font), and to look at the information available to you (like the size of the window borders). And who knows how long it will be until the 1.4 RKMs are out, for a while everyone will be operating on DevCon notes, and the Includes & Autodocs. Clearly, we can't publish the information until it is finalized. New information will appear as fast as we can update it. -------------------------------------------------------------- Ken Farinsky -- CATS Commodore Business Machines PHONE 215-431-9421 UUCP ...{uunet,rutgers}!cbmvax!ken --------------------------------------------------------------
