Has anyone in netland managed to get ELM running on Apollo's under
SR10 or later (preferrably 10.2)? I have it "sort of" working but
it keeps screwing up the pad, and after the first time it runs 
it looks like it turns STTY NOECHO and any "full screen" program 
run after this is similarly screwed up (e.g. VI).
